If for any reason, our products fail to meet your expectations please contact us by email at thechosen@crossroad.com.au. On return of your goods to our warehouse within 30 days, we will refund the full value of products purchased, or exchange it for goods to the same value when accompanied by a valid receipt. Item must be in resalable condition. Where an exchange is requested a further shipping charge will be necessary.

Please note that the we do not refund shipping costs on ordered products.
